PENDLETON, Ore. - As the men's and women's golf teams head into the spring session of their inagural season and the final push for the 2024-25 NWAC golf championships, they will be lead by a new head coach Robert Hillmick. Hillmick leads the golf program as a first time collegiate coach, however, brings a wealth of knowledge to the Timberwolves as a successful baseball, softball, soccer, and basketball coach for many years. Coach Hillmick brings a successful golf background as a multi-time club and tournament champion and golf tournament organizer for the region that has helped fundraise tens of thousands of dollars for support for locals in need. Hillmick also brings collegiate background experience as a alumni of the College of the Redwoods men's golf program.

"I am proud of introduce our new golf coach Rob Hillmick who comes to BMCC golf with years of golf experience and collegiate golf. I am excited for all he will do and thrilled for the spring season to kick off for the BMCC golf team too" says athletic director Brad Baker.

BMCC golf returns to the course for their first spring tournament on April 6th and 7th as they head to Meadow Springs in Richland, WA. The men's golf team currently sits in 6th place in the standings and the women's golf team sits in 7th with two league matches remaining in the season as BMCC looks to punch their ticket to the NWAC championships for the first time.
