Baseball Super Regionals Comes to Pendleton
PENDLETON, Ore. - The BMCC baseball team finishes the regular season as the #2 seed in the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) east region and with that, earn the rights to host the East Region Super Regional in Pendleton, OR on May 17th & 18th. Below, we break down the teams that will visit BMCC for a chance to punch their ticket to the NWAC championship site.
The Wolves (E2) finish the season 18-10 in conference and 25-21 overall which broke the record for the most games won overall in program history. With noteable wins over Wenatchee Valley (3-1), stealing a game from east region champions Spokane (1-3), and taking three games from rivals Columbia Basin (3-1).
Vying for a trip to the playoffs is Pierce College who finishes as the #3 seed out of the west region (W3). Pierce College finishes the season with a record of 15-9 in conference and 23-27 overall. Pierce would go on to have noteable wins against Lower Columbia (2-2), Clark (2-2), and play familiar opponents Big Bend (1-1), Yakima Valley (1-1), and Wenatchee Valley (1-3).
Lane Community College will also make a trip to Pendleton, OR as the #4 seed out of the south region (S4). Lane finishes the season with a record of 19-17 in conference and 24-21 overall. Lane had notable wins against Pierce (2-0), SWOCC (1-3), and Spokane (2-0).
Cost of Admission
There will be a cost of admission for entry into the BMCC baseball complex to watch the super regional games. Adults will be $10, seniors and children (12 and under) will be $8, and children 5 and under will be free. Cash is preferred but fans can also scan a QR code to pay with their phone.
Game Schedule
On Friday, Pierce (W3) will take on Lane (S4) at the BMCC baseball field at 12pm. Winner will move on to play BMCC (E2) in a best of 3 series. After the conclusion of the game, the teams will be given 45 minutes to warm up and prepare. Game two of the best of three series will be played Saturday at 1pm and game three if necessary, will happen following game two, with the winner moving to the NWAC championship final site in Longview, WA.

BMCC Athletics will be covering the events with live-streaming of all games for the east region super regional. Coverage can be found on youtube.com/bmccathletics. BMCC will be going live about 20-30 minutes prior to first pitch.
Concessions
Food and beverage will be served on site in the concessions stand for all fans to enjoy.
