Winter Weather Impacts First Spring Games
PENDLETON, Ore. -- Winter weather has hit Eastern Oregon again and has delayed BMCC baseball and softball from their home openers, originally planned for March 1st and 2nd. Due to the snow storm expected to hit this week softball has cancelled their home openers and will instead hit the road to take on Clackamas Saturday at noon. They will then look to take on Chemeketa on Sunday beginning at noon and 2pm. Baseball had to cancel their home opener against Prairie Academy and will instead be on the road to Coos Bay, OR to take on SWOCC for a 2 day, 4 game showdown. Baseketball will remain on schedule to play Spokane tomorrow 2/27 and will play Wenatchee on March 1st to finish the season. For updated schedules, go to www.bmcctimberwolves.com.
